Techniques and Methods for Displaying Fresh Fruits and Vegetables in Vegetable Supermarket Convenience Stores

Fruits and vegetables are one of the main commodities in supermarkets. Although they do not bring much profit, they can attract a large number of customers and promote joint purchases. The display of fruits and vegetables directly affects the overall operation of the supermarket.
There are two issues to pay attention to when displaying fruits and vegetables: one is fresh, and the other is clean. There are many kinds of fruits and vegetables, and some basic display methods and skills must be mastered.

  ■ Grid type display
The grid form of fruits and vegetables has 7 representative forms. These 7 forms are represented graphically as follows:
   (1) The display of fruits and vegetables is usually square (see Figure 1).
   (2) When arranged horizontally in a row like cucumbers, it will form a vertical rectangle (see Figure 2).
(3) To increase the display area and shorten the display distance between the front and rear, or when the longer products are divided into different types in the front and rear to be combined in a horizontal display mode, a horizontal rectangle will be formed (see Figure 3). ).
   (4) Gather some small commodities and place them in a multi-layer open refrigerator. Viewed from the front, it will be an I-shaped grid (see Figure 4).
   (5) Flat open refrigerators often combine the front and back of the product to look like an H-shaped grid (see Figure 5).
   (6) When displaying carrots and other vegetables, in order to make the display rich in changes, they must be placed in a radial form (see Figure 6).
   (7) The triangular grid is easier to place (see Figure 7).
This kind of comprehensive consideration is combined with the display method according to the characteristics of the product. The display of individual themed products is made into a grid form and arranged in different forms in the store. For example: if you connect the above grid patterns into a string, it will become a certain combination.
Therefore, in order to create a multi-variable coordinated and unified store, it is necessary to set grids, manufacture moldings, and make overall configurations according to product groups.
